Hi. I'm Miguel.

Miguel Fábregues is the founder and Principal of B3A Fábregues GmbH in Basel, Switzerland and BEA Construtora e Incorporadora Ltda in São Paulo, Brazil. After graduating in Architecture and Urban Planning at Mackenzie University in Brazil, he started his professional life in a construction company as a construction coordinator, where he coordinated building renovations and urban infrastructure works for both the private and public sectors in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

In the second phase of his career, he became a partner at BEA where he developed and managed projects, including implementation and execution in various areas, such as school facilities, public health facilities, fine chemicals industry (cosmetics), logistics facilities (distribution centres), sports facilities (including the renovation of a 20,000-seat football stadium), and large residential and office buildings. We are always seeking innovation through the adoption of green buildings as well as the adoption of lean management and digital processes such as BIM.

He developed two (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) LEED-certified projects, one LEED Gold for an office building and one LEED Silver for the last mile LPG distribution centre. This LPG distribution centre is used as a business case by Ultragaz, part of the Ultrapar Group. This is the first of its kind and uses low-tech solutions and is used as a reference in "best practices" in other 3500 units of the company. In our client portfolio, we have companies such as Ford Motor Company, LOI SUITES Hoteles Argentina, Natura & Co, Banco Santander, Ultragaz (Ultrapar), and several real estate development companies in Brazil.
